We were very privileged to have India Thornton visit us in Oct 22 to run a workshop based on the hits from Beauty and the Beast.

We are very lucky to have India return to teach for us, this time hits from the musical Shrek.

Here is a bit about India to remind you how talented she is and some of the things she has performed in.

"India Thornton is one of the U.K. most exciting emerging artists. Since graduating from Laine Theatre Arts she has gone on to appear in the U.K. Tour of Annie, the first non-replica revival of Cats, the critically acclaimed revival of Mame (Dance Captain), Disney’s Beauty & The Beast and Dance Captain/ cover Princess Fiona in Dreamwork’s production of Shrek in the West End. India’s next exciting venture is Dance Captain in Grease the musical in Germany."

We will be running two age groups, with Aspire and Non Aspire students welcome to both, making it accessible to any children from the local and neighbouring villages. 

Parents are invited back to watch a performance of the routines the students learn followed by a certificate presentation and photo opportunity.
